Nasi Kuning





This is my version of the rice coloured by tumeric powder. There are different items beside the rice cone, such as Ayam Goreng (fried chicken), Fried Winged Beans, and Emping Melinjo (fried chips). Just a perfect meal to have while resting after walking in the botanical garden.

Yes, I made all of these. The only thing I cannot make is tempe. There are no frozen one I can buy here in Vancouver. So I have to go to one of the 2 Indonesian restaurants in town to have.
